Komo Consulting LLC was built on firsthand experience navigating the regulatory demands placed on hospitals and healthcare organizations. Our founders saw too many facilities struggle not because they lacked commitment, but because they lacked the specialized knowledge to translate complex regulations into practical, sustainable operations.
We launched Komo Consulting LLC to close that gap — bringing the same level of expertise that large health systems retain in-house to facilities of every size, on a consulting basis that fits their needs and budget.
